What is Wizard's Way?
Wizard's Way is a therapeutic program for children ages 4-14 that captures their interest and enthusiasm. This intense game-like program is fun, imaginative, educational and revolutionary in its vision and scope.
Wizard's Way is a highly effective behavior management and conflict resolution program that provides positive discipline, structure, and addresses the individual needs of a child by shaping behavior through play and friendly creative interventions. It is a comprehensive, goal related and reward driven program for the entire family that turns problems into positive goals and basic behavior modification into an exciting therapeutic journey.
The colorful eye-catching game board with its rich use of imagery and metaphorical structure offers distinct visions of a future, with short and long-term goals. The game board depicts a winding path of 85 spaces. Along the path, as in life, children encounter challenges, opportunities, rewards, obstacles and penalties.
Wizard's Way is the intersection of the mind where Dr. Seuss and Dr. Freud shake hands. Using the Wizard's Way approach means changes to a child's behavior are faster, more compete and longer lasting.
